- Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the service are non-refundable, and the full service fee may be charged.
2. Refund Policy
We aim to deliver exceptional service, but if you are dissatisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If the service was not provided due to an issue on our end (e.g., cancellation by SACHIN SADASHIVRAO POTE), you will be eligible for a full refund.
- Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with the quality of the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of the service to discuss a potential refund or resolution.

- If the service has already been fully rendered and delivered as agreed.

If you need to reschedule or modify your service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will accommodate your request as best as we can, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the service may be subject to a fee.
